Great decor that showcases local artistry and charm. The pool area offers a relaxing tropical oasis vibe that makes you forget the outside world.
Hot water was tricky to manage. adjusting took patience and it could suddenly go from lukewarm to scalding. Breakfast service left a lot to be desired—chaotic organization and often mismatched orders.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The rooftop pool was amazing, and we loved the spacious rooms. The staff helped us book tours, and we took an unforgettable trip to Memay Bridge and explored local attractions. The breakfast had enough choices to start our days right.
One downside was the limited supply of drinking water. only four miniature bottles were provided during our stay.

The hotel's central location was fantastic, just minutes from restaurants and important attractions. The rooftop pool provided stunning sunset views, while the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast selection, though tasty, could benefit from a few more choices.

The location was exceptionally convenient, allowing for easy walks to nearby restaurants and markets. Our room was spacious and clean, with a well-maintained modern design. The two swimming pools offered fantastic options for relaxation, one being refreshing and shady while the other was perfect for sunbathing. A highlight was the breakfast buffet featuring homemade dishes, although the vegetarian options were somewhat limited. There was a noticeable lack of softer bedding, which could impact comfort for those who prefer it.

great stay with minor discomforts
The spacious room provided a welcoming atmosphere, and the strong shower pressure was refreshing after a hot day outside. I also adored the lovely garden view from the pool area, creating a peaceful environment. The breakfast buffet stood out with its variety, particularly the fresh fruit selections accommodated my family's tastes.
The bed was too firm for our liking, making it a bit challenging for restful sleep.

Exceptional Staff and Beautiful Pools
I just had the most wonderful stay! The staff really stood out, especially Thearith, who organized transportation for us without a hitch. The two pools were stunning, especially the rooftop bar with its beautiful sunset views. The central location made it easy to explore Siem Reap, but I wish the breakfast selection had a bit more variety to choose from.
